Materials & Craft

PVC, rubber and TPE cable in black, green, white or transparent; LED chip types including SMD, COB and filament-style; copper or copper-clad-aluminium conductor; IP44 for outdoor splash protection and IP65 for exposed façade use. Controller options range from steady-on to 8-function memory controllers and app or remote dimming.

Standard catalogue sets often start at 500–1,000 pcs; custom length, LED count, cable colour or controller typically 1,000–3,000 pcs. Samples 10–15 days including electrical testing, bulk production 30–45 days. Build in extra time if you need country-specific plugs (EU, UK, US, AU) and language manuals.
