Materials & Craft

Short-pile and long-pile plush polyester with recycled-PET fill options, cotton and felt for craft kits, ABS and beech wood for construction toys, plus EVA foam and silicone for bath toys. Features include embroidered eyes (safer than plastic), squeakers, weighted paws and removable garments.

MOQ & Lead Time

Custom plush with embroidered branding typically starts at 500–1,000 pcs; catalogue plush with an added printed garment or tag can start lower. Samples 12–18 days because safety testing runs alongside, bulk production 30–45 days. Allow more time for any item with electronic or sound modules.

Customization & Compliance

Custom character development from your artwork or mascot, embroidered or printed logos, branded T-shirts on plush, and printed packaging. Through certified partner factories we coordinate EN71-1/-2/-3, CE, ASTM F963, CPSIA and — where relevant — electronic testing for sound and light modules.
