Apparel, home and textile gifts carry a brand into daily life — Christmas jumpers for staff, socks and pyjamas for hampers, blankets and cushions for client lounges. Sizing and fabric hand-feel drive satisfaction far more than the logo itself.
Materials & Craft
Acrylic and cotton-acrylic knit for jumpers and socks, combed cotton and brushed fleece for loungewear, polyester fleece and Sherpa for blankets, plus woven cotton and linen blends for cushions and table linen. Decoration by jacquard knit, embroidery, woven patch, screen print and DTF transfer.
MOQ & Lead Time
Stock-colour programmes with embroidery start around 100–300 pcs; custom knit patterns, dyed-to-match yarn or jacquard artwork typically 500–1,000 pcs per design, with size splits agreed up front. Samples 10–15 days, bulk 30–45 days. Knitwear has the longest lead time of all textile categories.
Customization & Compliance
Pantone-matched yarn or fabric dye, custom woven labels, care labels with your composition text, and retail packaging. We arrange OEKO-TEX Standard 100, REACH and CPSIA documentation through certified partner factories, and can specify recycled polyester with GRS certification.
FAQ
How do you handle size splits and returns?
We confirm the full size curve before production and can include a small buffer of the most popular sizes. Because custom-branded garments cannot be resold, size splits are your decision — we supply graded specs to help you choose.
Can the knit pattern carry our logo directly?
Yes — jacquard knitting builds the motif into the fabric rather than printing it on, which lasts the life of the garment. It carries a higher setup cost and a 500 pc minimum.
